The Ember Blend is a single-origin lot from the Guji highlands of Ethiopia — washed, sun-dried, and roasted to bring the fruit forward without losing the body.

Grown at 1,900 meters and hand-picked at peak ripeness, this lot lands in the cup as dark cherry and cocoa nib with a soft honeysuckle lift on the finish. We roast it to a medium level — dark enough for a syrupy espresso, bright enough for a clean pour-over. Nothing flashy, just a coffee we're proud to drink every morning.
